Unilever Global Conference
Working with renowned international creative agency Mullen Lowe, we put together a large-scale conference to showcase their global digital offering to one of their major clients, Knorr, the largest FMCG brand of Unilever.
A project of this scale required careful planning, and we worked with the agency and the client for a month prior to the event. We managed the inviting of global attendees, coordinating flight arrivals and car transfers from more than eight countries globally, creating conference packs and working with the designated Unilever conference facility to host all guests.
We also flew a Knorr celebrity chef over from Germany to create a show-stopping lunch that showcased all of Knorr's latest products, and displayed how the brand can cater to vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dietary requirements.
Finally, we dressed the room with a 'clean and green' theme, including centrepieces of fruit and vegetables, herb pots, coordinating tablecloths and living walls to create a feeling of creativity within a formal business environment.
